Touchdown Bacon-Wrapped Fried Cheese

Deep fried bacon-wrapped cheese sticks served with ranch dip or salsa.

Ingredients

1 package Sugardale Ready Bacon (60 slice package)
60 3"x 1/2" cut cheese rectangles (mozzarella or choice of semi-hard/hard cheeses)
Ranch Dip
Salsa

Directions

1. Take a rectangular piece of cheese, completely wrap cheese in bacon.
2. Place bacon-wrapped cheese into deep fryer for two minutes.
3. Remove/drain and serve with ranch dip or salsa.
