Sugardale Fried Green Tomatoes and Bacon Wraps

A whole wheat wrap filled with veggies-some healthy, some not so much, cheese, condiments and Sugardale bacon. Served best alone so you don't have to share. I like mine with a cold root beer and a handful of BBQ potato chips.
Ingredients
Any whole wheat or wrap of your choice
Hellman's Mayo-1 T
French's mustard - 1 T
Romaine lettuce- 1 leaf per wrap
1 slice of Land of Lakes American deli cheese
3 slices of fried green tomatoes - recipe below
Fried onions-see below
Sugardale bacon-4 slices
Directions
- For the fried green tomatoes - I slice green tomatoes, dip in egg white, roll in panko bread crumbs and fry until golden brown in peanut oil. After putting the fried tomatoes on a paper towel to drain, I then fry 3 slices of onion in the same pan with the same drippings.
- I assemble the wrap as follows: wrap, mayo, mustard, lettuce, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and then onions on top. Roll the wrap and enjoy.
