Grammy's Sour Cream Chicken

Boneless chicken breast with sour cream gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetables.
Ingredients
8 Boneless Chicken Breast halves
8 Slices Sugardale Ready Bacon
1- 4.5 oz. package dried beef slices
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C Dairy Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
Directions
- Cover bottom of casserole dish with dried beef slices. Fold edges of chicken breast halves under and lay onto dried beef. Cut bacon into halves and lay 2 halves over each breast. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup in separate bowl. Spread sauce evenly covering all chicken/bacon/dry beef. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
