Fried Egg, Bacon & Cheese Sandwich

Feel good comfort food for a quick meal
Ingredients
Per sandwich:
2 slices of favorite bread (sour dough, rye, wheat or white)
3 strips of Sugardale Ready bacon
2 eggs
margarine or butter
1 slice of processed cheese
Directions
- Spray frying pan with no-stick spray.
- Add 1/2 tsp. margarine or butter to pan.
- Fry the 2 eggs in pan until cooked, flipping eggs once. When eggs are cooked, turn burner off but leave the pan on range.
- Add cheese slice to top of eggs.
- Toast bread.
- Microwave Sugardale Ready bacon
- Place eggs/cheese on top of one slice of toast.
- Add bacon slices
- Top with other piece of toast.
- Enjoy with a cup of soup or side salad
