Ingredients
1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Margine Or Butter
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Cubed,Peeled Potatoes
1 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Slices Of Crisp-Cooked-Crumbled Bacon
Directions
- In Med Saucepan Cook Carrot,Celery,Onion In Margine Or Butter
- Add Broth,Potatoes,Dill Weed,Salt,Mustard,Pepper,Bring To Boil.Reduce Heat.Cover And Simmer 15 Min,Or Till Potatoes Are Tender
- In Small Bowl Gradually Stir Milk into Flour.StirInto Potato Mixture,Cook Stirring Frequently,Until Boiling For 1 Min. Ladle Into Serving Bowls And Top With Bacon
