BCS Grilled Sandwich

Grilled bacon, Steak-Ums and cheese sandwich.
Ingredients
3 Cooked slices of Steak-ums
2 Slices of Wheat or Rye Bread
3 Slices of Surgardale Ready Bacon
2 Slices of American or Swiss Cheese
2 Tablespoons Margarine
Directions
- Use 1 TBS margarine for each slice of bread.
- Grill each slice (margarine side down) untill golden brown.
- Place Surgardale Ready Bacon, cooked steak-ums and choice of cheese on one of the slices and place other slice on top.
- Melt cheese.
